boz chor rakati digar meguzoshtg, ki az zeboy va d
onho napurs. Sipas se rakat meguzosht…».130 Manzur az yozdah rakat
hasht rakat namozi kiyomi shab va se rakat vitr meboshad.
Ammo buzurgoni mazhabi hanafy va aksari ahli ilm in hadisro

Umar (r) dar bist rakat karor doda shudaast. Sukhani khudi Umar (r)
dar rivoyati Abdurrahmon ibni Abdulkory: «va namoze, ki dar okhiri
shab barpo medoshtand, az onchi holo anjom medihand, behtar ast» niz
manoi favkro tayid menamoyad.
Pas tayini adadi rakathoi on dar bist rakat agar bo ijtiho-
di khalifai roshid Umar (r) va tayidi ommai sahobagon surat girif-
ta boshad ham, kase haqqi mukholifat bo onro nadorad, zero payravy az
sunnati khulafoi roshid, bo nassi shary – hadisi Payombar (s) sobit
shudaast. Pas harchand ba andeshai baze mujtakhidon va peshvoyoni
Islom az bist rakat beshtar va yo kamtar guzoridani on niz joiz do-
nista shuda, vale bar asosi tadovuli ummat jumhuri ahli sunnat bist
